At 1409 hours units were dispatched to 4680 Crain Highway for the Commercial Building Fire. Rescue Squad 10 and Chief 10B responded with 4 Volunteers. First arriving units reported a working kitchen fire. Squad 10 arrived and assisted in opening up and checking for extension. The fire was contained to the "hood" system over the stoves, as well as the roof area above. Crews worked on the roof of the structure gaining access to trapped smoke and fire. Units operated for 2 hours before returning to service. Captain 3 had the command.
