Over the last few months, the Apparatus Committee has been working on the addition of 2 new Support Vehicles to the Fleet. The department has ordered (2) 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe's, one being a Command Vehicle, and the other to become an EMS Utility Vehicle. Recently, the committee traveled to the Upfitter in Gaithersburg, MD to finalize all of the details. Both units will represent our unique color scheme, and state-of-the-art technology. Delivery should occur sometime in late September, and the membership looks forward to the new vehicles, as we know they will serve us well.
